Some conventional firearms can be enhanced to improve their range, accuracy, or general damage. Examples of this are:

Electromagnetic rifling: Electromagnetic rifling increases velocity and accuracy, and it is often used in military sniper rifles.

Static charger: Often added to pistols, this technology is installed on the barrel and gives each round a massive electrostatic charge. This is easily obtainable on the black market.

Feedback screens: Many guns are equipped with screens which display the number of rounds left in the magazine. Some can also be used to display range, wind speed, and thermal imaging.
